Create an action plan

These steps show you how to create an action plan (PvA) for a location. You describe the strategy and the measures and finalize once the plan is ready to sign. For the Admin, Office, or Field staff role.

  • A location.
  • The Admin, Office, or Field staff role.
  1. Open the location, go to the Action plan tab, and choose New action plan. The editor opens.
  2. Fill in the Strategy and the Substantiation. Use Insert text snippet to add a standard text.
  3. Fill in the Planning (such as the Start date) and the Intended measures (preventive, monitoring, curative). Optionally attach a PRI appendix.
  4. Choose Save to keep it as a draft, or Finalize for signing when the plan is ready.

After Finalize for signing, the signing screen opens. The action plan is ready to be signed by the technician and the customer.
