Visit statuses
Every visit has a status that shows where it is in its lifecycle. This page describes the four possible values.
Statuses
Section titled “Statuses”| Status | Meaning |

| Planned | The visit is scheduled on a location and assigned to a technician, but not yet started. |
| In Progress | The technician has started the visit. Observations are being recorded on site. |
| Completed | The visit is closed. The visit report is generated as a PDF and stored in the dossier. |
| Cancelled | The visit will not take place and is not carried out. |
- A visit moves through the statuses forward: from Planned to In Progress to Completed. A visit that has already started or been completed cannot be reverted to Planned.
