View visit reports

These steps show you how to view your locations’ visit reports in the customer portal and download them as PDF. For the customer portal user.

Before you start

  • A portal account. Set it up via the link in your invitation email.

Steps

  1. Log in to the customer portal.
  2. Go to Visit reports. You see the visits of your locations, with the most recent at the top.
  3. Open a visit and choose Download PDF to save the report.

Result

You have the visit report as a PDF. It contains the depot statuses, the observations, the advice, and the technician’s signature.
