Log in and find your way around
These steps show you how to log in to PestScope and where to find the modules. For anyone with a PestScope account.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- A PestScope account — your administrator creates this for you.
- The web address (URL) of your environment, which you get from your administrator.
Logging in
Section titled “Logging in”- Go to the URL of your PestScope environment. You land on the login screen.
- Enter your Email address and Password.
- Choose Login. You arrive on your home dashboard.
Forgotten your password? Choose Forgot password? on the login screen and follow the link in the email you receive.
Logging in with a passkey
Section titled “Logging in with a passkey”If you have set up a passkey, you can log in without a password. Choose Sign in with passkey and confirm with your fingerprint, face, or security key.
Finding your way around
Section titled “Finding your way around”On the left is the sidebar with the modules your role has access to — such as Visits, Customers, Floor plans, and Dashboards. Which ones you see depends on your role.
At the bottom of the sidebar you find your name and role, a button to switch the theme (light or dark), and a button to log out.
Result
Section titled “Result”You are logged in and see your home dashboard. The sidebar shows the modules that belong to your role.
