Fill in a risk inventory (PRI)

These steps show you how to fill in a risk inventory (PRI) for a location. You answer the questions per section and submit them. For the Admin, Office, or Field staff role.

  • A location.
  • The Admin, Office, or Field staff role.
  1. Open the location, go to the PRI tab, and choose New risk inventory. The wizard opens.
  2. Answer the questions in the first section. Your answers are saved automatically. Questions marked with a * are required.
  3. Use Next to move to the following section and Previous to go back. Work through all the sections this way.
  4. In the last section, choose Submit.

The PRI is submitted and stored as a PDF in the location’s dossier. A submitted PRI can no longer be edited. You can attach the PRI as an appendix to an action plan.
