Fill in a risk inventory (PRI)
These steps show you how to fill in a risk inventory (PRI) for a location. You answer the questions per section and submit them. For the Admin, Office, or Field staff role.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- A location.
- The Admin, Office, or Field staff role.
- Open the location, go to the PRI tab, and choose New risk inventory. The wizard opens.
- Answer the questions in the first section. Your answers are saved automatically. Questions marked with a * are required.
- Use Next to move to the following section and Previous to go back. Work through all the sections this way.
- In the last section, choose Submit.
Result
Section titled “Result”The PRI is submitted and stored as a PDF in the location’s dossier. A submitted PRI can no longer be edited. You can attach the PRI as an appendix to an action plan.
