View your locations in the customer portal

These steps show you how to find the locations you have access to in the customer portal. Per location you see the visits, advice, and documents. For the customer portal user.

  • A portal account. Set it up via the link in your invitation email.
  1. Log in to the customer portal. You land on My locations.
  2. Use the filters to narrow the list to a region, district, or cluster.
  3. Choose a location to view its details, visits, advice, and documents.

You see the data for your locations. You have read-only access to the locations assigned to you.
