Upload a floor plan

These steps show you how to add a floor plan to a location. On that floor plan you then place the depots, and you tick them off on every visit. For the Admin or Office role.

Before you start

• A location.
• The floor plan as a PDF or image.
• The Admin or Office role.

Steps

1. Open the location and go to the Floor Plans tab.
2. Choose the New floor plan card. The Add floor plan window opens.
3. Enter a Name and choose Upload image to select the PDF or image.
4. Choose Save.

Result

The floor plan appears as a card on the Floor Plans tab. Open it with Edit to place depots on it.

Note

On the first visit to a location without a floor plan, you create the floor plan in the visit wizard. The result is the same: a floor plan on the location.
