Manage reference data
These steps show you how to manage the reference data: the lists that appear in forms throughout the app, such as the Visit Type on a new visit or the Bait on a depot. For the Admin role.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- The Admin role.
- Choose Settings in the sidebar. The Visits group holds Visit types, Registration point types, Bait types, and Pest types.
- Open the list you want to adjust.
- Add an item with the add action (New), or open an existing item to change it.
- Save your change.
Result
Section titled “Result”The adjusted list is immediately available in the matching dropdowns, such as the Visit Type when scheduling a visit.
