Manage reference data

These steps show you how to manage the reference data: the lists that appear in forms throughout the app, such as the Visit Type on a new visit or the Bait on a depot. For the Admin role.

  • The Admin role.
  1. Choose Settings in the sidebar. The Visits group holds Visit types, Registration point types, Bait types, and Pest types.
  2. Open the list you want to adjust.
  3. Add an item with the add action (New), or open an existing item to change it.
  4. Save your change.

The adjusted list is immediately available in the matching dropdowns, such as the Visit Type when scheduling a visit.
