View trends
These steps show you how to view how the activity on a location or customer develops over time. That way you see whether an approach is working or whether pressure is building up. For the Admin, Office, or Region manager role.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- A location or customer with visit history.
- The Admin, Office, or Region manager role.
- Open a location or customer and go to the Trends tab.
- Review the chart: it shows how observations develop over time for the chosen level.
Result
Section titled “Result”You see at a glance whether activity is rising or falling and can adjust your approach accordingly.
