View trends

These steps show you how to view how the activity on a location or customer develops over time. That way you see whether an approach is working or whether pressure is building up. For the Admin, Office, or Region manager role.

  • A location or customer with visit history.
  • The Admin, Office, or Region manager role.
  1. Open a location or customer and go to the Trends tab.
  2. Review the chart: it shows how observations develop over time for the chosen level.

You see at a glance whether activity is rising or falling and can adjust your approach accordingly.
