Roles and permissions

Every user has one role. The role determines which modules and actions are visible. This page describes the roles.

RoleWho it is for and what the role can do
AdminFull access, including the settings and user management.
OfficeManage customers, locations, visits, and dossiers, and add internal users. Cannot edit admins.
TechnicianCarry out and register visits, record advice, and create and sign an action plan.
StructuralInternal staff member with broad read access to customer and location data.
RegionManagerView dashboards and trends for their own area.
PortalUserExternal contact with read-only access to their own locations in the customer portal.
  • Internal users get their role on the Users page (Admin, Office, Technician, or Structural).
  • You manage customer-portal users separately through the settings, not on the Users page.
