Roles and permissions
Every user has one role. The role determines which modules and actions are visible. This page describes the roles.
The roles
Section titled “The roles”| Role | Who it is for and what the role can do |

| Admin | Full access, including the settings and user management. |
| Office | Manage customers, locations, visits, and dossiers, and add internal users. Cannot edit admins. |
| Technician | Carry out and register visits, record advice, and create and sign an action plan. |
| Structural | Internal staff member with broad read access to customer and location data. |
| RegionManager | View dashboards and trends for their own area. |
| PortalUser | External contact with read-only access to their own locations in the customer portal. |
- Internal users get their role on the Users page (Admin, Office, Technician, or Structural).
- You manage customer-portal users separately through the settings, not on the Users page.
